Cuvée Diane 2015

With the dry end of summer and the nice weather in October, it was easy to wait for the optimal maturity of each vine parcel. With good grapes we were on the right way to make a great wine. Deep red color. After swirling the wine, the nose appears aromas of black fruits, liquorice and vanilla. The mouth is a mixture of elegance and powerful body with subtle aromas of cherry and coffee. At the end you can feel the smooth and gentle tannins.

Much better if decanted one hour before drinking. Nice now and you can keep it for around 10 years.
